WorkNordic / WorkNorway is a staffing and recruitment company that has been supplying personnel within the industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors in Sweden and Norway since 2008. Through our platform, WorkNorway, we also help Nordic employers find the right competence across various other industries.

Our division focusing on services within the industrial sector is growing, and we are therefore looking for an additional Consultant Manager to strengthen our successful industrial team.

You will collaborate closely with other employees, fostering a supportive team environment where everyone helps each other.

About the role:

The role involves helping industrial companies in Norway and Sweden find skilled personnel from Sweden, Norway, and the rest of Scandinavia. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from client contacts and relationship-based sales to research, interviews, and contract negotiations with potential candidates. You will always have a dedicated team behind you, all striving towards the same goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales.
• Experience working within or towards the industrial sector.
• A strong desire to develop and absorb new knowledge and experiences.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Understanding of the importance of relationship-building.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
