We are now looking for a Sales Manager for Sport Equipment who wants to take overall responsibility for a key business area with high growth ambitions and significant development potential.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the Sport Equipment business area in Sweden. This area covers over 2,000 products within sports and athletics and is a vital part of our operations in Sweden. You will lead an engaged team of seven people with high product competence and strong team spirit. The role is part of the sales leadership group, alongside roles such as Sales Manager Projects and Sales Manager Service.

This is a role for you if you want to combine sales leadership, business development, digital transformation, and change management. You will have the opportunity to develop the entire business area – from working methods and customer structure to digital sales and commercial strategy.

Unisport is in an exciting phase of development where the focus is on developing the digital business, creating a more customer-oriented way of working, and strengthening our commercial position in the market. A key part of the role will be to further develop the digital business and strengthen the interplay between traditional B2B sales, e-commerce, and proactive sales efforts.

The role also includes work within the product range, where you will drive decisions on which products to sell in close collaboration with the purchasing department.

The role is based at our headquarters in Hjärnarp and reports to the Head of Sales.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to develop people, businesses, and digital sales channels. We believe you are a business-driven and non-hierarchical leader who thrives in an environment where change, growth, and collaboration are in focus. You enjoy working with a clear focus and are motivated by development, teamwork, and results.

You likely have:

  • Experience leading sales within B2B
  • Worked in a business with both physical and digital sales
  • Driven change or digitalization initiatives
  • Understanding of product, assortment, and pricing issues

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with CRM and structured sales work
  • Experience with public procurement or framework agreements
  • Experience with e-commerce or digital sales
  • Experience developing digital customer journeys and commercial processes
