About us

Guldvivan is a nursing home with 54 apartments divided between somatic care and dementia care. Here we work person-centred with a focus on security, participation, and good quality of life for our residents.

In the operation, nurses work closely together with assistant nurses and the rehab team to create good and safe care based on each individual's needs. Through close teamwork and good cooperation between professional groups, we create a secure and pleasant environment for both residents and employees.

About the position

As a nurse at Guldvivan, you have a central role in the daily care and medical responsibility for our residents. You work independently and person-centred while being an important part of an interdisciplinary team together with assistant nurses and rehab staff.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Health and medical assessments and follow-ups
• Medication management and delegation
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care interventions
• Collaboration with doctors, rehab team, and care staff
• Documentation according to current guidelines
• Support and supervision for care staff
• Contact with relatives and other care providers

The position is a hourly-based employment, and working hours are Monday to Sunday during daytime.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Are a registered nurse
• Have experience working with digital tools
• Have very good ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care.

As a person, you are structured and confident in your professional role, and accustomed to working independently with medical assessments and prioritizations. You have good ability to collaborate in teams with different professions, such as assistant nurses and rehab staff. To succeed in the role, you also have the ability to create and maintain good relationships and have professional contact with relatives.
