About the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you are an important part of the store's daily operations. You work closely with both customers and colleagues, ensuring that goods are handled, delivered, and presented in an efficient and service-oriented manner. With a focus on structure, collaboration, and customer interaction, you contribute to the warehouse running smoothly and ensure that every customer has a positive experience.

Your responsibilities

• Handle customer goods pickup with high service and care
• Receive goods, keep warehouse areas tidy, and ensure warehouse structure
• Work with inventory management and stocktaking according to guidelines and system support
• Assemble and place goods in the store in consultation with the sales team
• Report transport damage and claims according to procedures
• Contribute to a positive work climate while following safety routines and working ergonomically with the correct protective equipment.
• If needed, tasks such as cash handling, restocking the store, and picking for e-commerce orders may occur.
• Book and drive home deliveries to customers

• Have good physical fitness and thrive in an active job
• Are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Contribute positive energy and team spirit
• Have experience in warehouse work in a customer-facing environment (meritorious but not a requirement)

The position

Permanent part-time position, starting with a 6-month probation period

Start date by agreement.

Working hours include evenings and weekends.

Recruitment

Selection is ongoing. The process includes psychometric tests (MAP and Matrigma). A background check is conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
