About the role
As a Sales Associate, you are a key person in the daily operation of the store. You work actively with sales, service, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready to meet the customer. With a focus on care, business acumen, and the customer's needs, you create a personal and positive reception.
Your responsibilities
- Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer interaction
- Work with needs-based sales and offer holistic solutions
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing and that products are price-marked
- Handle customer cases, complaints, and expired goods according to routines
- Participate in the follow-up of campaigns and sales results
- Report operational disruptions and safety risks to the responsible person
- Contribute to a safe, ergonomic, and pleasant working environment as well as a positive work climate with team spirit and inclusion
We are looking for you who
- Have a genuine interest in sales and customer service
- Are solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven
- Contribute with positive energy and team spirit
- Have good communication skills and thrive in an active pace
- Have experience in retail sales (meritorious but not a requirement)
The position
Temporary Sales Associate 75%
Start date according to agreement.
Working hours include evenings and weekends.
Recruitment
Selection takes place on an ongoing basis. The process includes psychometric tests (MAP and Matrigma).
A background check is conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
