Hallonhöjden is a safe and fresh residence located adjacent to the Hallonbergen center, consisting of four floors with a total of 56 apartments. Here you will find both somatic care and dementia care. Sundbyberg Municipality's elderly care is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, which is a tool for effective quality management.

Here, in addition to nurses, care staff, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, there is also an assistant unit manager/quality coordinator, activity coordinator, and activity leader. We also have close cooperation with music therapists, dementia nurses, and the Elderly Team with therapy dogs.

To our operations, we are now looking for a nurse. This is a role for you who are driven and want to shape modern elderly care by being the responsible nurse for nursing care at Hallonhöjden.

We are looking for You who are proactive, meticulous, curious, and responsible, and have good communicative and pedagogical skills with a genuine interest in working with the elderly. You see solutions instead of problems. That you want to work salutogenically is a prerequisite.

As a nurse, you will be responsible for the nursing care of 14 care recipients on a somatic ward and perform routine nursing tasks. You have a leadership role where it is important to create a team together with the care staff, in order to offer the care recipients patient-safe and person-centered care with a focus on a meaningful and dignified day based on their wishes and needs.

Other tasks include driving and participating in quality and development work together with other staff. Supervise and support students, care recipients, relatives, and care staff. We are constantly working on competence development and quality improvements and look forward to you complementing us with your experience and competencies.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse with a few years of experience working in elderly care. If you have specialist education, it is an advantage. You must master the Swedish language in speech and writing. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The position is permanent and full-time.
