We are currently looking for an Order Administrator for a consultancy assignment of just over 6 months for our client in Ludvika. About the position

In the role of Order Administrator, you work to ensure that customers' orders are handled correctly and efficiently throughout the entire order process. You will become a key link between the customer, logistics, sales, and internal support functions.

Your main responsibilities

• Registration and handling of customer orders.
• Follow-up on deliveries and order status.
• Handling order-related inquiries via phone and email.
• Checking order information and price details.
• Collaboration with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and sales.
• Handling discrepancies and simple troubleshooting in the order flow.
• Ensuring that processes and routines are followed.

Who are you?

• Have good administrative skills and enjoy order and structure.
• Are service-oriented and communicative.
• Enjoy working in different systems and learn new tools quickly.
• Are detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Have good collaboration skills.
• Upper secondary education.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or order handling is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
