Citedo is a leading IT service provider that makes IT solutions, information management, meeting technology, and print solutions simpler, more efficient, and safer. With over 70 engaged colleagues and a local presence in several locations, Citedo builds long-term relationships and aims to become Sweden's best privately owned IT service provider. We are now looking for a business-driven salesperson who wants to help develop Citedo's offering within print services. You will have a central role in a growing business area where you combine new customer acquisition with the development of existing business. We offer

As a salesperson within print services, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing existing customer relationships, and driving business forward together with colleagues and specialists. You work with modern print and document solutions that help companies streamline their workflows, reduce costs, and gain better control over their print environment. Instead of customers having to manage multiple suppliers and troublesome printers, you offer a holistic solution where everything just works. This is not just about hardware – you contribute to smarter ways of working, higher security, and an easier daily life for your customers. Your main responsibilities

• Active new customer acquisition and prospecting
• Manage and develop existing customers
• Sales of print solutions and related services
• Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and presentations
• Collaborate closely with technical specialists and colleagues

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs related to print services and document management. You help them create smarter and more cost-effective solutions, while also contributing to the development of Citedo's business in this area. Person Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in B2B sales and who thrive in a role where you get to create business, build relationships, and make a difference for your customers. If you have worked with sales within print, MPS (Managed Print Services), or related areas, this is a strong merit. As a person, you are self-motivated, proactive, and enjoy being out with customers. You are confident in dialogue, attentive in needs analysis, and have a clear business focus. You are motivated by achieving results, but you also understand the value of working long-term and together with others to create truly great business. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where things happen. There is room for you who want to influence, come up with ideas, and take the next step in your sales career. We value your qualities highly and would like to see that you have a background in sports and club life.
