Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer.

What You Will Work On

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
• Build ML-driven solutions for content moderation and policy enforcement.
• Drive migration initiatives toward modern model-based architectures.
• Develop evaluation frameworks including datasets, offline and online metrics, and experimentation pipelines.
• Improve model performance, reliability, robustness, and fairness.
• Build continuous learning and improvement processes for ML systems.
• Balance business requirements with scalability, performance, and operational quality.
• Contribute to architecture and platform decisions for ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with legal, policy, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Present technical decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Provide technical leadership and influence ML strategy and priorities across teams.

What You Bring

• Strong experience building and deploying production machine learning systems using Python.
• Hands-on experience training, evaluating, and maintaining ML models using modern frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of machine learning evaluation methodologies, including:
• Dataset design.
• Metric definition and management.
• Continuous improvement and feedback systems.
• Experience building systems where performance, reliability, and business-critical requirements must be balanced.
• Strong interest in developing safe, responsible, and user-focused AI solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across legal, policy, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing technical direction within teams or product organizations.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Experience working with distributed systems and backend technologies.
