About the role

This is a shared role where you, among other things, will be responsible for the weighing in and out of materials (ballast) from our quarries, as well as parts of the administrative handling related to material flows and customer service. You will become an important part of our team and act as the company's face to the outside world. Together with production staff and site managers, you contribute to efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

You will also assist the sales function by preparing and registering bids and offers, updating price lists, and ensuring that current prices are available in the systems. You monitor customer and supplier agreements, generate statistics and sales materials, and follow up on complaints, quality defects, and environmental incidents. The role also involves support in work preparation, risk assessments, safety rounds, and handling documentation in connection with audits.

The position is a full-time role based in Uppsala, with working hours on regular weekdays (holidays excluded). We would like you to be available from August.

Who are you?

To be successful in the role of administrator, you need to be a person who is meticulous, responsible, and has an easy time communicating with both customers and colleagues. You work with a high sense of service and quality, even during periods of high tempo.

The work requires that you are independent and structured, while also having an easy time collaborating in a team. You thrive with clear frameworks and have no problem following rules and routines within safety, working environment, and economics.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the industry, for example in transport or logistics (meritorious)
• Good computer skills and an easy time learning new IT systems
• A positive attitude and good collaboration skills
