The Property Department is now looking for a technician who wants to help develop the municipality's properties together with engaged colleagues within administration, operations, and development.

The role involves working with operations, maintenance, technical issues, and fault resolution related to the municipality's properties and facilities.

You will work closely with operations, contractors, and internal functions in the daily work with the municipality's properties.

Your future responsibilities

As a technician, you will handle technical and practical tasks related to the municipality's properties and facilities.

The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will work close to operations, focusing on maintenance, operations, and fault resolution based on the needs of the operations.

The tasks are varied and can develop over time based on operational needs as well as the competence and experience you bring to the role.

The work includes, among other things:

  • Operations, troubleshooting, fault resolution, and practical maintenance work related to the municipality's properties and facilities
  • Work with technical systems such as ventilation, heating, control, and energy
  • Coordination and follow-up of minor measures, contractors, and suppliers
  • Follow-up of authority requirements and recurring inspections
  • Collaboration with operations and internal functions in daily operational work
  • Work in Vitec or similar property and business systems
  • Work with call-offs and orders within existing framework agreements, as well as according to the municipality's purchasing routines and the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
  • Participation in the Property Department's emergency organization according to the current schedule
  • Documentation and administrative follow-up related to operations and maintenance

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have relevant education in property, operations, technology, or other education/experience that the employer deems relevant.

We would like you to have experience of:

  • Operations, care, troubleshooting, fault resolution, and practical maintenance and repair work within the property sector
  • Contractor contacts and coordination of measures
  • Work within public operations or larger property organizations
  • Work in Vitec or similar property and business systems

It is an advantage if you have knowledge or experience in:

  • Ventilation, heating, electricity, or control and regulation systems
  • Energy optimization and operational follow-up
  • Fire alarms, burglar alarms, and security systems
  • Authority requirements and statutory inspections
  • Purchasing, orders, and work within public operations according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU)

We are looking for you who are structured, solution-oriented, independent, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive in a role with varied tasks and have the ability to combine technical work with practical implementation in everyday life.

Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is a prerequisite for the position, as the role involves many contact points and work with documentation, dialogue, and follow-up. The role also requires good familiarity with working in digital systems and administrative tools.

A Category B driver's license is required for the position.
