Restaurant Nya Carnegiebryggeriet is a combined brewery and restaurant, beautifully located by the water in the Old Luma Factory in the heart of Hammarby Sjöstad. For over ten years, we have brewed more than 150 different beers and experimented with new, unique flavor combinations. Our passion is to unite authentic beer craftsmanship with good food, and to teach our guests in a playful and inspiring way how beer and food interact.

Our Taproom is not only a fantastic place to hang out, but also a marketing platform for our beer. We exist to activate our brewery and showcase all the amazing beer we brew. We want every guest who visits us to leave with a positive experience, whether they have been for a beer tasting, dinner, or just a pint at the bar. Now, ahead of summer, we are entering our busiest period and are also expanding our lunch service, which means we need to expand our team. This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension.

The Role:

We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in small teams, thrives at times in a fast-paced environment, and sets high standards for quality. To thrive with us, you need to be a positive person with a "can-do" mindset.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a great interest in food
• Has previous experience working as a chef
• Thrives in both hot and cold kitchens
• Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented
• Is structured, tidy, and has good collaboration skills
• We are looking for someone who wants to work with us from May to the end of August, with a high chance of extension.
