Our client is an established construction company with over 15 years of experience in the industry and a strong order book of architect-designed villas, exclusive renovations, as well as extensions and conversions. Here you get the opportunity to work on projects where no two houses are alike.

About the position

You will primarily work on the new production of architect-designed villas, but advanced ROT projects (renovation, extension, conversion), renovations, and extensions are also included in the role. The projects maintain high standards and require professional pride, precision, and an eye for detail.

The work is carried out together with a cohesive team where collaboration is highly valued, while you are also expected to take individual responsibility and drive your tasks forward.

We are looking for someone who is confident in traditional carpentry work and has experience working with loose timber, from framing to completion.

The projects are mainly located in Uppsala and the surrounding area.

Examples of tasks

• New production of exclusive and architect-designed villas
• Work with loose timber and framing
• Kitchen installation and fine carpentry
• Bathroom renovations
• Flooring and interior work
• Construction of outdoor areas and terraces
• Roof replacements and facade work
• Conversions, extensions, and ROT work
• Reading drawings and quality assurance

We are looking for you who

• Have documented experience as a carpenter in new production and ROT
• Have good experience working with loose timber
• Are self-sufficient, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Have professional pride and an eye for quality
• Enjoy responsibility and teamwork
• Contribute positive energy to the workplace
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
