About the role
  • Start date: According to agreement

  • Employment type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months – with a chance of extension (full-time)

  • Location: Vimmerby

  • Working hours: Daytime

This role is aimed at you who want to work close to production in a coordinating and analytical function. As a Production Planner, you are responsible for planning and monitoring production to ensure efficient flows and timely deliveries.

Your tasks include capacity planning, coordination between different departments, and handling deviations in production. You work according to clear processes and become a key person in creating structure and efficiency in the business.

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role where you take responsibility and work close to the operations. You have an analytical mindset and enjoy planning, prioritizing, and creating order in a changing environment.

As a person, you are communicative and enjoy collaborating with various functions. You are flexible, capable of handling multiple tasks in parallel, and maintain your composure even when the pace is high.

Formal qualifications
  • Category B driver's license & access to a car

  • Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)

  • Experience in planning, production, or logistics, preferably within manufacturing industry

  • Good computer literacy and experience with business or planning systems (e.g., ERP)

  • Structured, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively

  • Thrives in a role with many contact points and has good collaboration skills

Merits
  • Forklift license A+B

  • Post-secondary education in logistics, production, or similar

  • Experience in production planning or capacity planning

  • Experience with improvement work or lean
