Job Description

Responsibilities

The assignment is to work as targeted support for a student or a small group of students during school hours and after-school hours. In the work, you provide personal pedagogical and social support during lessons, recess, and transitions. Lessons are planned and led by the class teacher. You become an important support in coaching the student(s) throughout their entire school day.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have good knowledge and experience of neuropsychiatric functional variations/physical disabilities
• Optionally have a degree as an assistant nurse and/or good basic medical knowledge
• Have a low-affective approach to interaction
• Are creative and can adapt your interaction and approach based on the student's needs
• Are attentive and patient and have a good ability to identify how you can support the student
• Are structured and clear and have an understanding of clarifying pedagogy
• Are responsible and want to work to achieve common goals
• Place great importance on creating good relationships and collaborations with students, employees, and guardians
• Want to be part of developing the operations
• Have high, positive expectations of students and colleagues
• Act so that everyone thrives and reaches their full potential
• Have a good view of humanity and see every student's right to learning
• Have a coaching approach and a desire to support students towards increased independence
