General Operatives – Data Center Projects – Gävle

Scrubs Contract Services AB is currently hiring General Operatives for ongoing projects in Gävle, Sweden.

We are looking for motivated and reliable people for different site support roles within large-scale technical construction environments. Positions may include:

Jailor / Access Control
Housekeeping
Cleaning Operative
General Site Support Operative

The work takes place in secure and fast-paced project environments where safety, professionalism, and teamwork are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting daily site operations
Maintaining clean and safe working areas
Access control and monitoring of restricted areas
Assisting logistics and coordination teams
Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Basic English communication skills
Good attitude and reliability
Ability to work in an international team
Previous experience on construction sites or industrial environments is an advantage
Flexibility and willingness to work in different operational roles
