About the Sales Manager Role

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for your specific area regarding sales, profitability, adherence to routines, and ensuring your department contributes to a holistic customer experience "all under one roof". Together with your colleagues in the grocery department, you ensure good routines and that daily operations run smoothly, 24/7, year-round.

Your responsibilities include the department's assortment, new products, food safety, and seasonal planning. This involves seasonal planning, establishing and anchoring routines, sales planning, and maintaining sales momentum. The department should always feature well-stocked, fresh, and inspiring displays. You also handle ongoing orders and campaigns.

Naturally, world-class customer service is also part of the role!

As a Sales Manager, you are also part of the service leadership group, where you, together with other group members, continue to improve and develop Gnist's customer relations work towards Sweden's best customer meeting and highest proactivity!

The position is a part-time role of 30 hours per week. Working hours are scheduled with varying shifts, including work every other weekend. Work on holidays may occur.

As a Sales Manager, you report to the Sales Director for the fresh food department.
