In our sparkling and fresh hypermarket, approximately 150 employees work every day to offer our customers a more fun, easier, and more cost-effective shopping experience. As a sales associate or employee, you have a significant responsibility to work together with your colleagues to create a vibrant store that constantly exceeds customer expectations. Since we are open when our customers want to shop, working hours vary – this may involve evening, day, and weekend shifts. As a person, it is a requirement that you can deliver service beyond the ordinary and manage a department that stands out from our competitors. Our goal is to achieve international top-class standards in everything we do.

About the job:

In the Fruit, Vegetables, and Dairy department, you will work with our wide range of products in these categories. Together, we work to offer our customers a department with high quality at low prices, fully aligned with ICA Max's pricing strategy. We are passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer meeting every day – service with a smile! In addition, you will find stimulating work with a broad assortment and high volumes in a market-leading company with excellent development opportunities. This is a temporary position of 25 hours per week, starting on September 1st, running for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension.

The position primarily involves evening shifts, which places high demands on responsibility, initiative, and the ability to solve problems independently.
