Information about the position

Professionals Nord is recruiting two Telephone Interviewers on behalf of AQ Analys. This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at AQ Analys. Responsibilities

In the role of interviewer, you will be based at the AQ Analys office and conduct customer surveys via telephone interviews. Your working hours will be Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, between weeks 36–43, with schedule flexibility to allow for studies.

We are looking for someone who

Is studying at a post-secondary level with at least 50% study load
Has good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish

We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role of Telephone Interviewer at AQ Analys. Since the work is largely performed independently over the phone, it is important that you are responsible, goal-oriented, and have strong self-motivation. You enjoy communicating with different people and feel comfortable conducting professional conversations over the phone. Previous experience in conducting telephone interviews is an advantage and will be viewed as a bonus.
