As a KMA Developer (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety) with us, you will have a broad and varied role, working closely with both management and employees. The role involves actively participating in or independently driving development work on both strategic and operational issues. The work also entails handling, reporting, and analyzing data/KPIs used in monthly reporting, annual accounts, and sustainability reports. By supporting the business in matters concerning sustainability, quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, you contribute to developing and strengthening our culture and brand.

You will report to the Sustainability Manager and work in a team with tasks related to sustainability and KMA. The team collaborates with managers and employees within production and other support functions, as well as our subsidiaries. We also maintain dialogue with external parties, such as union representatives and occupational health services.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Actively participate in developing strategies, policies, and guidelines in accordance with current laws, requirements, and goals within sustainability, quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
• Actively participate in developing, maintaining, and updating the management system.
• Actively participate in GVV (General Occupational Health and Safety) overarching risk management to identify preventive measures that eliminate or minimize risks.
• Plan, conduct, document, and follow up on internal audits.
• Prepare materials for, actively participate in, and document management reviews.
• Compile, analyze, and report sustainability data, including subsidiaries.
• Act as an internal advisor and trainer in quality, environment, and occupational health & safety matters.
• Manage and update systems related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
• Support parts of the bidding and production processes.
• Support parts of the HR process as needed.
• Handle matters regarding security-classified operations as needed.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in construction, occupational health & safety, environment, quality, or equivalent experience.
• Very good knowledge of SharePoint.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in areas such as civil engineering, work science, or environmental science is meritorious.
• Experience working with management systems and audits is meritorious.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is meritorious.
