As an employee within the Primary Care Service, Regional Service area, you will have the opportunity to work with various tasks. Our area is responsible for service operations within logistics, meals, and property services.

We primarily perform services at the region's three hospitals in Örebro, Karlskoga, and Lindesberg, as well as at health centers, the Public Dental Service, and within Regional Development.

As an employee in Local Cleaning Karlskoga, you work to ensure that patients and staff have a clean environment to be in. We work with quality-assured, environmentally adapted methods with a focus on hygiene and reducing the spread of infection.

This is an intermittent employment, so-called hourly paid employment. You act as a substitute when our employees are absent. Work can take place between 06:00–15:30, both weekdays and weekends. The need may vary from a few hours up to 8 hours per day.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee in local cleaning, you perform regular cleaning of the region's premises according to established hygiene and quality routines. This includes disinfection of surfaces and equipment, documentation and reporting when necessary, floor care, and machine cleaning. The position also includes service assignments such as end-of-shift cleaning, kitchen service, intermediate cleaning and service in operating rooms, as well as deep cleaning.

Qualifications

We are now looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have a good command of the Swedish language in speech, reading comprehension, and writing.
• Have good computer skills, for example in Outlook.
• Are dedicated: You build relationships with our customers, are responsible, trustworthy, and have the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Are flexible: You need to be able to handle rapid changes and unexpected events.

Previous experience in local cleaning or other service occupations is an advantage. However, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Due to the importance of ensuring patient safety, all candidates will undergo a language test during a potential interview.
