What does the role entail?

As a Housekeeper at First Camp Ånnaboda, you ensure that cabins, hotel rooms, service buildings, and other areas always maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your diligence and care enhance our guests' experience, and you are key to ensuring our destinations remain places guests love to return to.

At its core, your role involves cleaning and maintenance, but you are also expected to support other areas when needed. At our destination, everyone is ready to help where needed, and we work together to create a wonderful experience for our guests.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and structured, with an eye for detail and a desire to deliver high quality in every task. Experience in housekeeping is a plus, but we welcome everyone with the right attitude and a positive mindset. As a person, you are flexible and good at finding solutions where others see obstacles, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.

We also believe you enjoy being yourself and contributing to a good atmosphere within the team. For us, it is more important that you are an engaged team player than that you have specific experience. If you can communicate in Swedish or English, we see it as an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20–40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Union's collective agreement.
