Imagine sitting at your desk with a view of the Royal Palace, the Old Stock Exchange, and Stortorget – right in the heart of Gamla Stan, where every alley holds 700 years of history. At Gamla Stan Sightseeing/Watersheds AB, you will interact with companies seeking 1.5-hour experiences, international tourists, and digital platforms. As a Sales Intern, you will
- Manage and optimize our presence on booking platforms/OTAs such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Bokun, Klook, and Musement, among others.
- Develop partnerships with hotels, resellers, and companies.
- Participate in product development – new concepts, packaging, and ideas to attract more customers.
- Work on sales targeting international audiences. In the next step, we will focus heavily on the Italian, German, French, and Japanese language groups.
As a Marketing Intern, you will
- Develop and run digital campaigns on social media and the web – we love fun and games, but we need to mix that with facts, facts, facts.
- Write copy that people actually want to read – from Instagram and newsletters to press materials and website content.
- Create standout content: copy, graphics, video, and other creative material to ensure tourists choose our Experiences.
- Analyze data to see what works and dare to test new things. We have some successful challengers that we want to surpass.
- Help build the brand and come up with ideas that make us visible and, above all, chosen.
- Automate – build systems that assist with marketing automation.
As a Destination Developer, Project Manager, or Manager within events and tourism, you will
- Lead the business, colleagues, and company development.
- Develop offers.
- Have the opportunity for employment.
- Study all aspects of the business, marketing, and sales in detail.
- Plan the next steps.
- Work closely with the owner.
- Create energy and 100% satisfied customers.
We work with the following tools: Bokun, GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook, Musement, Airbnb, Tripadvisor, FreeTour, Guruwalks, Google Drive, Canva, Teamtailor, Fortnox, OneFlow, Metricool, Fiverr, ChatGPT (and other AI assistants), Speechify, Teamup, Loopia.
