About the role
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the company's continued expansion and profitable development. The role involves a clear focus on business development, sales, and leadership, while ensuring an efficient and sustainable operation.

You will work closely with Engineering Leads, who are also part of the management group, and become an important culture carrier who creates engagement, motivation, and forward momentum in the organization. As the company grows, issues regarding organization, structure, competence supply, and collaboration will be central parts of the assignment.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Drive the company's growth through active market and sales work.
• Build long-term customer relationships, negotiate, and draw up agreements.
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies.
• Ensure profitability, economic stability, and sustainable growth.
• Lead and develop the organization towards set goals.
• Work closely with the operations on both strategic and operational issues.
• Ensure the right competence and long-term competence supply.
• Create strong collaboration between businesses within the group.
• Have result, personnel, and employer responsibility, and report to the board.

We are looking for you who
Have experience from IT, telecom, or software-related operations and are driven by developing businesses, people, and organizations. You are a leader who dares to take a stand, create direction, and make decisions – while being unpretentious and present in the daily work. You easily create trust, build relationships, and bring people together around common goals.

We believe you have:

• Strong business acumen and experience in sales and customer dialogue.
• Experience in a leadership position with personnel and result responsibility.
• Experience from knowledge-intensive operations within IT, telecom, or software development.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Good communication skills and an engaging leadership style.
• Experience in change management and growth journeys is an advantage.

Post-secondary education in IT, technology, economics, or similar is an advantage.
