Here at Apoteket Stora Torget in Motala, you will become part of an engaged team of eight employees. We belong to a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Marieberg in Motala, where two additional colleagues are included. As a pharmacist at Apoteket Stora Torget in Motala, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products within medicines and health.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:30-15:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

There is also the opportunity to take on the role of Medicines Responsible Person, where you get the chance to contribute your knowledge even further.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep yourself updated regarding our assortment and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmaceutical chemist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines.

• You have a couple of years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital advice, quality, or supervision.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
