About the role of Pharmacy Assistant at Hjärtat

In your role as a pharmacy assistant, you will meet many types of customers with different needs. You will work with engagement and a service-oriented mindset to provide our customers with an optimal customer experience in line with Apotek Hjärtat's customer meeting philosophy.

The main responsibilities include:

• Checkout operations
• Picking products
• Selling retail goods

Other tasks commonly found in pharmacies are also part of the role and may vary depending on your experience and the pharmacy's needs. The position is full-time or according to agreement.

There is almost always a "hurrah cake" in the fridge!

We are perfectly located in ICA Maxi, with opening hours 8–20 every day, and our customers truly appreciate our accessibility. Here we meet locals from Falun, tourists, national teams competing in biathlon, travelers, and students who have just started their first course. We have everything at our pharmacy and we are happy to help!

The position is a permanent appointment as a pharmacy assistant. The position is full-time or according to agreement. Probationary employment may apply. Start date is by agreement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who want to work as a pharmacy assistant. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacy assistant and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meetings with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
