We are now seeking a driven, engaged, and courageous Store Manager for our second-hand stores in Mall of Scandinavia and Täby Centrum – a role where you make a real difference every day.

With us, second-hand is more than just retail. Our stores operate as social enterprises with a strong mission: to create opportunities for people to enter or re-enter the workforce through internships and work training. At the same time, we contribute to a more sustainable world by extending the life of clothes and items.

About the role

As a Store Manager, you have a broad and meaningful assignment. You lead the operations with responsibility for both results and people – where business and social value go hand in hand.

You:

• drive sales and achieve set goals
• have full personnel and budget responsibility
• lead, develop, and engage both employees and participants in internships
• ensure that our values underpin the business in interactions with customers, donors, volunteers, and colleagues

What we offer you

We offer a permanent position where you begin your journey with us with approximately 6 months in our stores in Mall of Scandinavia and Täby Centrum – two important and dynamic units in our operations.

As the year turns, we will review the next steps in your development together, with the possibility of a new assignment as Store Manager – always with a secure employment as a foundation.

We are looking for you who

• Have worked for at least two years as a Store Manager in retail/grocery where you had both personnel and budget responsibility
• Are result-oriented, business-minded, as well as self-starting and structured
• Have experience with visual merchandising
• Have been responsible for revenue of at least 10 million SEK
• Have worked with people in work training or internships
• Are a good leader who is motivated by developing and working with people
• Are sensitive with a great commitment to people's different qualities and experiences
• Identify with the Stockholm City Mission's core values

Other

Permanent employment, initial 6-month probation period. Full-time. Start date according to agreement.

As Store Manager for several stores, we also offer a salary supplement.
