DOX Bistrot and Cocktaileria is the latest addition to the restaurant scene in Alingsås. DOX is an international French-Italian rooftop bistro located near the railway station, at the top of the building with a view over the city. We have been open for nearly three years and hope that you will become part of this exciting journey!

The restaurant, bar, and kitchen combine to create a vibrant atmosphere where the total experience is both professional and authentic. We constantly strive to exceed our guests' expectations and drive our concept forward towards new goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to the menu.
• Create and experiment with new dishes.
• Ensure food quality and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff to deliver a high-class dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a chef, preferably in French or Italian cuisine.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Creativity and passion for cooking.
• Flexibility with working hours.
