About the Job

The work is varied and autonomous, with a large degree of personal responsibility. Our clients are primarily within the industrial remediation sector.

Personal Qualities
We are looking for you – regardless of gender – who is engaged, service-oriented, self-motivated, and a flexible team player. You have an open and outgoing profile, with a positive attitude and a friendly approach towards both colleagues and customers. You have the ability to take initiative and make decisions to solve, develop, and optimize your work, both internally and at customer sites. You must be able to work both independently and in a team.

You should be physically strong and not afraid to get to work, as the job is physically demanding and requires good fitness. You must be able to work with breathing apparatus, in confined spaces, and at heights. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks involve traveling to our customers' sites to perform the remediation services the company offers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing tools and vehicles. As an employee, you are expected to be solution-oriented and capable of handling customer issues on-site. The role may involve shift work, overtime, weekend work, and travel with overnight stays.

The client company is based in Falkenberg, but a significant portion of the work is carried out throughout Halland and the surrounding areas. Overtime and occasional overnight stays may occur.

Formal Qualifications
We are looking for you with the following qualifications:
- Experience from demolition, remediation, and construction is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Good language skills in Swedish.
- Experience in heavy remediation or industrial work is an advantage.
- Forklift license, lift license, hot work certification, fall protection, and SSG Entrance are advantageous but not mandatory.
