Your Responsibilities

As a Facility Cleaner, you create clean and pleasant environments for our customers. Daily tasks include cleaning municipal premises such as schools, preschools, and offices. Periodic maintenance, such as deep cleaning and floor care, is also included. The workday usually starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 2:30 PM, though this may vary slightly depending on your location.

We use modern industry methods, and as an employee, we offer competence-building training and welcome requests for development.

Your Qualifications

The role requires good Swedish skills to understand both oral and written instructions, as well as the ability to collaborate with colleagues, customers, team leaders, and area managers. A Category B driver's license is required, and you must have daily access to your own car as the position involves travel.

Experience with deep cleaning, floor care, SRY (Swedish cleaning industry standard), and PRYL (a cleaning system) is advantageous. Our personnel reporting and case management are handled in various systems, so familiarity with digital tools is a plus.

As a person, you are flexible and have good collaborative skills. You are service-oriented and always provide the best possible treatment to both customers and colleagues. The role involves meeting many different people in your daily work, and you enjoy this.

We are looking for four people for three permanent positions and one temporary position of approximately 9 months. You will work either in the Getinge area or in the Haverdal and Harplinge area. Recruitment is ongoing, which means you may be contacted before the application period ends.
