Dafo Security is part of the Dafo Group and operates as an independent installer and reseller of security systems. The headquarters is located in Tyresö, just south of Stockholm, where over 100 people work within the Dafo Group.

Together with Dafo Brand, they are a comprehensive provider within security and help businesses, housing cooperatives, and multi-family housing with their total protection in both security and fire safety.

They are currently looking for two driven salespeople for the Stockholm area who want to be part of their continued growth journey. Here you will work in a rapidly growing company with a high tempo, clear goals, and a strong focus on activity, performance, and development. The role is suited for you who are driven by creating new business, enjoy working towards high targets, and want to develop together with a company with high ambitions. The recruitment process is conducted in collaboration with us at Asta Agency. You will then be employed directly by Dafo Security.

About the Role

As a salesperson at Dafo Security, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to signed contract. You work with processing new corporate customers and housing cooperatives, primarily in the Stockholm and Uppsala areas, building long-term customer relationships over time.

The role involves a high focus on activity where you prospect for new customers, book your own meetings, and drive multiple deals in parallel. You conduct customer meetings, identify needs, and present the right security solutions based on the customer's operations. You also work with quotes, calculations, and follow-ups to drive the deal all the way to completion.

This is a role for you who genuinely enjoys sales and is motivated by influencing your own results through high activity, structure, and business drive. You work independently but receive support through clear working methods, engaged colleagues, and opportunities for continuous development.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for you who have experience in outbound B2B sales and thrive in a role where tempo, activity, and results are in focus. You are accustomed to taking initiative, contacting new customers, and working towards clear goals.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are a person with strong self-drive and a high sense of responsibility. You are motivated by creating new business, enjoy working at a high tempo, and understand that success in sales requires both activity and structure. You are confident in picking up the phone, booking meetings, and building relationships with new customers.

We also believe that you are structured, social, and result-oriented, and have an easy time creating and developing relationships over time.

Additionally, you have:

  • Documented experience in outbound B2B sales with high activity and clear goals

  • An interest in technology and a willingness to learn about security solutions

  • A valid driver's license (Category B)

  • Meritorious experience from the security industry

  • Start: According to agreement

  • Salary: Fixed salary + uncapped commission
