About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you have overall responsibility for business, customers, and execution within your geographical area (Uppsala and surrounding areas).

The role is both operational and strategic – you drive the business forward while ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and followed up with high quality and profitability.

You work closely with both customers and our internal project managers and are involved throughout the entire process – from first contact and business acquisition to completed projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development in the region
• Build, develop, and manage long-term customer relationships
• Identify and actively create new business opportunities
• Prepare quotations and conduct negotiations
• Ensure planning and execution of contracts – before, during, and after the project
• Work closely with project managers and the delivery organization for the best results
• Contribute to the development of services and offerings based on customer and market needs
• Follow up on goals, business, and activities in a structured manner (CRM)

Who We Are Looking For

You are used to taking responsibility for the entire business – from first contact to execution – and have a good understanding of contracting, projects, and customer needs.

We believe you have:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or traffic safety
• Experience in project management, procurement, and negotiations
• Habit of working towards goals and driving business independently
• Experience with quotations and business follow-up
• Ability to collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams
