PRIMA Handen operates under a regional contract. We receive patients from Nynäshamn, Haninge, and Tyresö.

The clinic is well-functioning with a good work environment and friendly, engaged, and competent colleagues. We have had no waiting lists for first visits or interventions since our start in 2009. In addition to medical treatment, we offer a broad range of treatments including group therapy, lectures, parental support, individual therapy, and our own intermediate care (PRIMA Hemma). We quickly assist patients with complex issues. The clinic employs child psychiatrists, psychiatrists, resident doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, psychotherapists, medical secretaries, and administrators.

We are now looking for two senior consultants (Överläkare) with specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. As a doctor, you will collaborate closely with our competent nurses as well as other work groups.

The responsibilities include standard outpatient work at a specialist level within child psychiatry. One of the positions also includes the role of responsible medical doctor, which entails responsibility for the medical work at the clinic, development of the operations, and participation in PRIMA Barn's management group. We are also looking for a child psychiatrist who, as part of the role, can help launch and work in the ANB project (Serious Norm-Breaking Behavior). This assignment involves consultation, assessment, and treatment regarding youths who have become involved in criminality. The positions also include supervision of resident doctors.

The positions are permanent with a six-month probationary period. Background checks, including verification of license, IVO (National Board of Health and Welfare), and criminal record extract, will be conducted prior to employment.
