The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and health and medical care at home, individual and family care, and care and nursing homes.

The Home Care and Health and Medical Care at Home services in Ulricehamn Municipality are responsible for interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. Health and medical care at home has developed significantly in recent years and now offers both planned and acute health and medical care interventions in the patient's home. We provide advanced care to patients of all ages with varying diagnoses and needs, from rehabilitation efforts to end-of-life care.

Your role as an Assistant Nurse with us!

As an Assistant Nurse at Parkgården Home Care, you work together with colleagues and other professionals within elderly care to provide high-quality care and support. Your task is to perform nursing care based on approved interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

The work is varied and includes, among other things, providing personal care, performing delegated health and medical care tasks, documentation, and assisting our care recipients at home. You always have the individual's best interests in focus and work to create a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life for those we serve.

We work with fixed care contacts, which means you will have increased responsibility for a number of care recipients. As a fixed care contact, you become a key person in creating continuity and security, and you contribute to ensuring that each individual receives the support they need.

Qualifications

After a period of strong growth, we are now looking for more engaged Assistant Nurses to join our wonderful team. Do you have a genuine interest in people and want to make a difference in the daily lives of others? Then you might be the one we are looking for at Parkgården Home Care.

We are looking for you who are a trained Assistant Nurse. Experience in working within care and support, especially in home care, is meritorious and seen as a valuable asset in the operation. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel confident using digital tools in your work.

A valid Category B driver's license is required for this position.

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, sensitive, and have good empathetic skills. You contribute to a positive work environment through your engaged attitude and collaborate willingly with colleagues so that our users receive the best possible care and support.

To thrive with us, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to changes in work. You are responsible and solution-focused, and combine the ability to work independently with being a team player. Previous experience from working in home care is meritorious.
