Quality Hotel™ Prisma is looking for a responsible Property Maintenance Manager. This role requires care, attention, and someone you can rely on when things don't go according to plan. Hundreds of guests visit us every week, which can lead to both damage and wear and tear. Therefore, we need someone with strong competence in the operation of commercial buildings.

We are looking for someone who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a good first impression.

Curious about what the role entails?

• Operation of the building and associated outdoor areas.
• Daily maintenance ranging from painting and patching to maintenance of outdoor areas.
• Furnishing spaces and preparing for various events at the hotel.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Monitoring and following up on energy consumption and ensuring the hotel always performs according to the chain's environmental index.
• Following up on suppliers and service agreements.
• Being part of the hotel's management team and working both operationally and strategically regarding the hotel's development.

Does this sound like you?

• You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail.
• You have experience in property maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or similar technical areas.
• You thrive in both independent work and team environments.
• You are flexible, structured, and have a natural sense for service.
• You are the person who steps in before anyone even asks, sees problems before they arise, and always thinks about the next step.
• Good financial understanding and insight into how energy consumption affects the hotel's results.
• Good IT understanding and awareness that the computer is just as important a work tool as a hammer and drill.
• Experience in maintaining commercial buildings or hotels is a plus.
• You understand that the guest always comes first and ensures that all functions and areas of the hotel are always available to guests.
