Optimal Trappstädning is growing and is now looking for 1 relationship-driven salesperson who wants to take the next step in their career and join our growth journey from 20 to 50 million SEK in revenue. The position starts in August.

About the role

In this role, you will meet with housing cooperatives (BRFs) around Stockholm and present our services in stairwell cleaning and window washing. You will avoid cold calling, as we have a dedicated scheduler who books meetings for you. Your focus will be on conducting meetings, building trust, and closing deals.

Your responsibilities

• Attend pre-booked customer meetings around Stockholm.
• Present our services to BRF boards.
• Create and follow up on quotes.
• Build long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement – the right attitude is what matters most.
