About the role

As a sales representative, you work with existing customers via phone. You contact customers who already use the service and help them upgrade, extend, or adjust their subscription according to their needs.

The work involves among other things:

• Contacting both existing and new customers via phone
• Offering upgrades, extensions, or new services
• Identifying customer needs and creating relevant solutions
• Working towards clear goals linked to sales and quality

You might, for example, work with “warm leads,” which gives you better conditions for success in your sales efforts.
