Södertälje Trafikskola AB is one of Sweden's oldest driving schools. Founded in 1924, we are now 102 years old.

We are a well-established driving school with high competence, quality, and knowledge.

We always keep the student in focus. It is important that everyone who undergoes their training here enjoys themselves and finds it a pleasant experience to come here.

Our goal is to train traffic-safe drivers who, in the future, can enjoy the freedom that a driver's license provides.

We are now looking for a driving instructor who wants to join our team on a full-time basis and can start working shortly. The position involves a schedule with varying times, including weekends.

Your profile:

You must speak fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

You should have an interest in teaching in a pedagogical way and creating a good plan for each individual student.

You are quality-conscious, take personal responsibility for completing your tasks, and contribute to a good work environment.

We have high demands on your personality. We are a small driving school, and it is important that it feels right for both parties.

You have a cheerful disposition and a positive mindset. You should be engaged, service-oriented, patient, flexible, solution-focused, and pedagogical.

You work with many students, and it is required that you have the ability to see the individual's needs. This is to ensure that everyone reaches the set educational goal.
