With the autumn season approaching, we are looking for new employees for our exit checkouts at Gekås Ullared! This is perfect for you who are studying and looking for a part-time job on Friday evenings, weekends, and during the autumn break.

Responsibilities
Your role involves staffing one of our 82 exit checkouts, where the main task is to scan and process payments for goods using the various payment solutions we offer.

Working at our exit checkouts is a social role where you have a great opportunity to influence the customer's overall experience through your service and attitude. By providing good service, we create value for the customer, increasing the likelihood that they will choose to return to us. Our goal is to do that little extra that ensures customers leave with exceeded expectations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good sense of service and sales
• Works well in a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced and social environment with high customer contact
• Has a positive attitude and a respectful, friendly demeanor

Previous experience from similar work in retail, checkout, or other areas is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You must be available for training between August 10–18. This will consist of two days of training on weekdays, followed by weekend shifts.

Scope
If you are hired for the checkout line, we can offer a schedule covering weekends and Friday evenings. Typical Friday evening shifts start at 17:30 and end at 22:15. Weekend shifts vary in length and are generally longer, typically 4.5–8 hours per shift. Shifts are also available during the autumn break.

We offer contractual salaries and OB (shift allowance) compensation within the scope of the Swedish Trade Union Confederation's collective agreement for retail.
