About the School

We are an F–9 comprehensive school with approximately 200 students, located in Vårberg, Skärholmen. Here, we work closely with students and guardians to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Our school is characterized by its small scale, commitment, and community spirit, where every student is seen and given the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and confident teacher who wants to help create an inspiring, inclusive, and educational school environment for our students. You have clear pedagogical leadership and work to ensure that every student feels motivated, secure, and eager to learn.

In this role, you are responsible for planning, teaching, and follow-up according to the curriculum, as well as building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You work both independently and together with the team to develop teaching and school operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct teaching according to the curriculum
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor and document student development
• Collaborate with colleagues, student health services, and guardians
• Participate in school development work

Qualification for teaching in middle school is meritorious.

Qualifications

• Teacher certification, qualification in grades F-6
• Experience working in schools or with children/young people is meritorious.
• You are clear, confident, and relationship-building.
• You have a good ability to adapt teaching to different needs and levels.
