We are now looking for a Coordinator for a new respite care facility. We offer you the opportunity for a unique experience, where from the very beginning you will help build something new together with care staff and the department manager.

The facility opens in October in Artursberg's premises on Grusåsen, centrally located in Södertälje. This is the starting point of an exciting development journey. In spring 2028, the operations will move to the newly built Lina Care and Support Facility in Lina Hage, a modern and technologically equipped residence with 80 places, located in a quiet and nature-rich environment.

In the role of Coordinator, you will be part of an administrative team consisting of the department manager and the coordinator. The team's primary task is to support the care work at Artursberg with a focus on quality and our guests.

Your responsibilities

As a Coordinator, you will act as the department manager's "right hand" and, on their behalf, handle the daily operational work at the unit and administrative tasks. You should be able to lead without being a manager. In consultation with the department manager, you will be responsible for the respite care process, admissions and discharges, daily staffing, invoices, orders, etc. You will also assist the manager with statistics, self-controls, and mail handling.

Who are you?

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in administrative work.
• Previous experience working in healthcare and elderly care.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation in the field.
• At least a high school diploma in a relevant field.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package, as well as experience with operational systems for scheduling, finance, and payroll.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
