About the RoleIn the role of Senior Salesperson, you will have an advisory and business-driven role with a focus on complex B2B sales targeting medium-sized and larger companies. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and customer meetings to contracts and long-term development of customer relationships. The role includes both new customer acquisition and further development of existing customers, where you identify opportunities within electricity contracts, energy services, cost savings, and sustainable solutions.
You work closely with customers to understand their operations, energy needs, and future goals. With support from Boo Energi's offerings, corporate portal, and internal expertise, you help customers make well-founded decisions and create long-term value. You will become part of an engaged sales team with high competence and strong team spirit, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of the culture. Boo Energi also offers thorough onboarding and good development opportunities in a future-oriented industry.
Responsibilities:- Responsibility for the entire sales process from prospecting to contract
- Advisory sales towards business customers
- Processing both new and existing customers
- Identify business opportunities within energy and sustainability
- Build long-term customer relationships and work systematically with pipeline and goal tracking
We are looking for you who are business-driven, curious, and goal-oriented with a genuine interest in understanding the customer's business and creating long-term value. You thrive in complex deals where relationship building, trust, and business acumen are crucial, and you dare to ask challenging questions that drive the dialogue forward.
You work proactively and systematically, take responsibility for your pipeline, and see prospecting and meeting booking as a natural part of the business. At the same time, you are attentive and professional in customer dialogue, with the ability to quickly build trust. To succeed in the role, we see that you have strong energy, self-drive, and genuine engagement in every customer meeting. You enjoy collaboration, contribute positive energy to the team, and are motivated by creating deals that make a real difference – for both the customer and the future.
Additionally, you have:- Approx. 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in service sales, preferably within complex deals
- Experience in driving the entire sales process from prospecting to contract
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Experience from the energy, electricity, fuel, solar, or sustainability industry
- Competence in energy calculations
- Start: According to agreement
- Location: Saltsjö-Boo
- Scope: Full-time
- Salary: According to agreement, fixed monthly salary plus bonus
