About the role

As a Customer and Sales Support specialist in our team at Södra, Långasjö, you will be the first point of contact for both customers and sales staff. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, creating and following up on quotations, administering orders in our systems, and providing support regarding products and deliveries. The role involves close collaboration with both sales and logistics functions to ensure high service levels and delivery quality. This is a seasonal position with immediate start, lasting until the end of August.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving orders and handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Creating and following up on quotations and orders in the business system
  • Coordinating with production and logistics for delivery planning
  • Handling invoice inquiries and simple credit processing in collaboration with the finance department
  • Supporting field sales staff with product information and customer data
About you

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and thrives in a communicative role. You are solution-oriented, have good teamwork skills, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish, and you have the ability to quickly understand the customer's situation.

Formal qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative work or customer service
  • Good computer skills and experience with business systems or CRM are meritorious
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or support within the industry/construction sector
  • Knowledge of production and delivery processes
