Next-it is a growing IT consultancy delivering contract-based IT services to small and medium-sized enterprises. The focus is on stable operations, proactive work, and long-term customer relationships rather than volume and standardized solutions.

The company is currently run by three experienced consultants who work closely with their clients and share responsibility for both delivery and development. The long-term goal is to continue growing, and Next-it is now looking for someone who wants to be a contributing factor to this growth.

Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Specialist at Next-it, you work as a consultant with clear customer responsibility. You drive and develop IT environments for small and medium-sized customers and serve as their primary contact in both daily operations and development matters. The work is broad and varied, combining technology, advisory services, and relationship building.

You are expected to bring your own customer portfolio and develop it over time to directly contribute to the company's continued growth. In this role, you are also responsible for operations, support, and further development of customers' IT environments, working broadly with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and general IT infrastructure. You maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, follow up on deliveries and needs over time, while identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and potential cost savings. Through your work, you also contribute to Next-it's technical development and business direction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the operations, support, and development of customers' IT environments
• Work with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and general IT infrastructure
• Maintain ongoing dialogue and follow-ups with customers
• Identify improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings
• Contribute to Next-it's technical and business development

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of experience as an IT consultant or in a similar role
• Extensive experience working independently with small and medium-sized customers
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments
• Very good Swedish and English skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
