About the role

As a UX Designer here, you will play a central role in building an entirely new product team around our cloud-based tax product. You are involved from the start and are responsible for creating a user experience that makes complex, rule-driven processes both understandable and efficient.

You work through the entire design process - from needs analysis to the final solution - and act as a bridge between users, business, and technology.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to understand needs and behaviors

• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes in close collaboration with the team

• Work closely with developers, product owners, and domain experts to turn insights into functional solutions

• Ensure that regulations and functionality are presented in a clear and user-friendly manner

• Contribute to how we use AI in both the product and the design process

You are not alone in your role - you will become part of an engaged design community of approximately 15 UX designers working across the Hogia group. Here, we collaborate actively, share knowledge, and develop both ourselves and our ways of working.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are an experienced UX designer with strong UI skills and who thrives in complex environments. You are confident in your expertise, but also humble and unpretentious in your collaboration with others.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have several years of experience in UX design and are accustomed to working through the entire design process

• Have strong UI skills and are accustomed to working in Figma or similar tools

• Are accustomed to working user-centered through interviews, tests, and data-driven insights

• Thrives in cross-functional teams and can translate needs into concrete solutions

• Have strong analytical skills and can simplify complex flows with a focus on what creates value for the user, while ensuring that solutions meet requirements for correctness and compliance within the tax area

• Are self-motivated, take responsibility, and drive your work forward

• Express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

We also believe that you:

• Are a team player who shares knowledge and contributes to positive collaboration

• Are communicative and can explain design decisions in a clear and pedagogical way

• Have an interest in – or experience with – AI in product development and design work

Experience from the financial domain is considered an asset.
