In the heart of Östermalm, at Storgatan 15 (at the intersection of Storgatan/Artillerigatan), we are opening a Wine Bakery in August 2026. We offer breakfast, lunch, bakery items, and a wine bar. It is a neighborhood bakery and bistro combined, where bread, food, wine, craftsmanship, and service take center stage in a brand-new environment that exudes calm and quality.

We are looking for you who have solid knowledge and a passion for wine, love people and service, and want to become part of our team. You are a skilled and enthusiastic sommelier who thrives on providing excellent and personalized service. You will join a team with high ambitions regarding food, drinks, and service. The working hours for this position are evenings, Monday to Saturday, within a team of approximately 12 people (kitchen and service). The Wine Bakery is part of a larger organization with a significant presence in Näringslivets Hus, located right next door.

We will be a neighborhood restaurant a stone's throw from Östermalmstorg, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner/wine bar offerings in a relaxed atmosphere, along with a bakery open all day. Everything is baked and prepared on-site. The restaurant has approximately 65 seats, a small outdoor terrace, and an open kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include managing the wine list together with the Head Sommelier, training staff, and being a key part of the daily operations. You will report to our Head Sommelier.

The Wine Bakery is owned and operated by Agendarum Cater AB, which currently runs four restaurants in Stockholm under the brand Proviant. Proviant was established in 2007, and we now have approximately 50 employees in the group. We have a secure economy, well-functioning routines and processes, and high ambitions.
