About the role

As a Client Executive at Norion Bank, you work with mid-sized companies and are responsible for building and developing your own customer portfolio. You work closely with the company's management and owners, identify financing needs, and drive the entire credit process – from initial contact to follow-up.

You are offered a business-oriented role with significant personal responsibility, where you combine relationship building with analysis and business acumen.

Your main responsibilities

• Prospecting and establishing new customer relationships
• Analyzing customers' financing needs
• Structuring and proposing customized financing solutions
• Driving the credit process: negotiation, credit committee preparation, and decision-making
• Ensuring agreements, disbursements, and administration
• Following up on and developing existing customer relationships

You work in close collaboration with functions such as Credit, Legal, and Middle Office.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial drive who thrives in a role where you both create new business and deepen existing relationships.

You have:

• A university degree in economics or equivalent
• At least 5–10 years of experience in lending to mid-sized companies
• Experience in driving business from initial contact to completed deal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Experience in accounts receivable financing/factoring
