We are looking for an experienced and dedicated welder who wants to become part of our team in Vimmerby.

At R-Production, we manufacture steel structures and components for the industry – often customer-specific solutions in short series. We handle the entire chain from processing to finished product, including surface treatment in-house.

About the role

As a welder with us, you will have a central role in our production, working with both simple and more advanced steel constructions. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Welding of steel structures and components, primarily TIG
• Reading and interpreting drawings
• Preparing materials for welding
• Quality control of own work
• Assembly and finishing of details

The work is varied and requires you to be meticulous, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a production environment where the pace is sometimes high.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in welding, preferably TIG in stainless steel
• Can read and interpret drawings
• Are meticulous and responsible
• Have good teamwork skills
• Enjoy working hands-on in production

Meritorious qualifications:

• Welding license
• Experience welding in thinner and thicker materials
• Forklift or overhead crane license
• Broader workshop experience, e.g., cutting, bending, or assembly
