KMA Coordinator – Join us in building tomorrow's infrastructure

Do you want a key role in one of our exciting infrastructure projects while contributing broadly to the business? We are now looking for an engaged KMA Coordinator for our project in Kubikenborg, Sundsvall, where we are driving important railway expansion.

Here you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create value both in the project and within our entire infrastructure operations.

About the role:

As a KMA Coordinator, you will become a central part of the project organization and be responsible for developing and driving our work within quality, environment, and working environment.

You will work closely with the project management in Kubikenborg – but also broadly across other projects within our infrastructure unit when needed. This is a varied role for you who enjoy combining structure, collaboration, and improvement work.

Examples of your tasks:

  • Be part of the project organization and coordinate KMA-related issues
  • Support and contribute to other infrastructure projects as needed
  • Drive dialogue and create good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to efficient, safe, and high-quality project execution
  • Handle administration and follow-up within the KMA area

You report to Henrik Gustavsson, Deputy Regional Manager.

Who are you?

Education/Experience

  • Have experience with KMA work in construction and civil engineering (meritorious)
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Are computer literate and feel confident using the Office suite
  • Hold a B driver's license and are flexible for business travel

Other information:

Location: Traveling role with overnight stays Monday–Thursday, initially in Sundsvall (Kubikenborg)

Start date: Immediately or as agreed
