We are now looking for an Account Manager who wants to be part of our exciting journey and develop the business in Europe's leading diagnostics company!

THE ROLE

As an Account Manager at Unilabs, you will have a developmental and business-oriented role with significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence. You will work with primary care centers, digital healthcare providers, and other e-health companies. A large portion of your customers are based in Stockholm, but you are also responsible for customers in other parts of Sweden. You work strategically and operationally to identify business opportunities, develop strong and long-term customer relationships, and actively work towards our set sales targets. You work very operationally and are driven by meeting customers daily.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

  • Spending time with customers to understand and represent Unilabs within their operations
  • Conducting needs analyses and identifying business opportunities
  • Achieving sales targets and budgets in accordance with the tactical plan.
  • Participating in and developing customer activities that drive sales and strengthen collaborations
  • Collaborating internally with colleagues in cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring efficient use of the CRM system (Salesforce), including reporting on customer insights, interactions, and events.

You will become part of our energetic and friendly commercial team and report to the Head of Commercial.

THE PERSON

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a confident and business-driven salesperson who is motivated by creating long-term customer relationships and successful businesses. You have a very good understanding of diagnostics and its various components, and are receptive, communicative, and quick to understand customer needs and build trust. With an entrepreneurial drive and a flexible approach, you tackle both challenges and changes with a positive "can-do" attitude. You thrive in an independent role with significant personal responsibility while appreciating collaboration with the team to achieve common goals. You are expected to interact with customers approximately 50% of your time.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Documented good sales experience with measurable results
  • A university or college degree in a relevant field
  • Very good communication skills in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English

It is an extra plus if you also have:

  • Clinical experience from healthcare
  • Experience in sales within Life Science or the healthcare sector.
  • An established network for primary care centers and digital healthcare providers in Stockholm.

THE LOCATION

We are located in beautiful and modern premises at our headquarters in Huvudsta, Solna, together with about 30 colleagues from various functions such as management, finance, HR & Legal. The headquarters is located adjacent to one of our larger labs.
